General tour information

Ages/Number of Passengers: Our tours are recommended for adults and children 50 lbs and over. We do not have life jackets for small children and sometimes the lack of shade and bumps in the boat can frighten them. You are welcome to bring your child but you must provide a USCG life vest suitable for their weight and age.

Refund Policy: 100% refund will be provided for tours cancelled with at least 7 days notice. A tour credit or new booking date will be provided for tours cancelled at least 48 hours prior. No refund or credit is offered within 48 hours of trip. We often cannot rebook with two days and our trips require cleaning and prep. We want you to have an amazing experience but we cannot offer a refund once your tour is started unless we have to cut short for weather or another emergency. This is done for rain, lightening, heavy winds or fog. It is for the safety of all our passengers, captain and vessel. Please understand we want to go as bad as you do. If your tour is cut short by weather or some other emergency we will provide a prorated refund or be happy to reschedule your trip.

Vessel Limits: For the safety of everyone on board, we can accommodate up to 6 passengers with total weight of 900lbs or less. We have cushioned seats with backs in the front and back of the vessel for up to six people. We do have an emergency porta potty on board but this is for true emergencies only. Please use facilities at Carova Beach park before boarding and at our stops.

What to Bring: Feel free to bring snacks, drink of choice (no glass please), sunscreen or UV protection and bug spray if your tour is later in the day or you are exploring. Bring a light jacket or towel, it can get chilly depending on the weather riding in the boat. It can also be quite refreshing on a hot summer day. Gratuity is not expected but always appreciated for great service. We work hard to make sure you have an great time.
